These terms apply to your use of Food Safety Challenge by Invenimus. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
What the service is
Food Safety Challenge is an educational microlearning and training-support service for food safety, quality and regulatory professionals. It provides daily challenges, structured training, knowledge checks and assessments.
Not legal or regulatory advice
The service and its content are for training and educational purposes. They are not legal, regulatory or professional advice, and use of the service does not itself establish compliance of a facility, process or product with any standard, regulation or customer requirement. You and your organization remain responsible for applicable requirements, internal procedures, verification activities and professional judgment.
Certificates
Certificates issued by the service evidence completion of training and assessment activity within this service only. They do not represent professional accreditation, regulatory approval, governmental certification, or a guarantee of competence or compliance.
Your account
- Keep your credentials confidential and use a password you do not reuse elsewhere.
- Do not share accounts or credentials, and do not use an account you are not authorized to use.
- You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, bulk-extract, mirror or republish content, questions or explanations.
- Do not attempt to obtain, infer at scale, or distribute answer keys or other restricted content.
- Do not reverse engineer, probe, disrupt or circumvent security, access controls or licensing.
- Do not use the service to harass others, upload unlawful content, or otherwise abuse the platform.
Content and intellectual property
The service, its interface, question content, explanations and related materials are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the property of Invenimus or its licensors. You receive a limited right to use the service for your own training.
Organization-provisioned access
Where an organization provides your access, it may administer licensed seats, assign training, deactivate access, and view the authorized training, assessment and certificate records available to it for people in its organization.
Changes and availability
Features, content and functionality may evolve over time. We aim for reasonable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be suspended or restricted where necessary for security, suspected abuse, or licence reasons.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an as-is basis, and Invenimus is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service or reliance on training content in operational decisions. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.
