Privacy Notice
Effective date: 21 August 2026
This notice explains what data Food Safety Challenge processes, why it is processed, and who can see it. It describes how the service works today and is written in plain language.
Data we process
- Account identifiers and profile data, such as your name, email address, preferred language and timezone.
- Training data: course enrollment, lesson progress, knowledge check and assessment results, certificates issued, and reinforcement practice activity.
- Daily Challenge activity, including answers submitted, accuracy, experience points, streaks and league position.
- Organization, team and employee identifiers where access is provisioned by an organization that holds licensed seats.
- Operational, security and technical event data needed to run, protect and troubleshoot the service.
Why we process it
- Authenticating you and keeping your account secure.
- Providing the microlearning and training experience, including question selection and reinforcement.
- Recording progress, assessment outcomes and certificates.
- Reporting training progress to the organization that provisioned your access, where applicable.
- Security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting and general product operation.
Who can see your data
Your own account view shows your progress, results and certificates. Where your access was provisioned by an organization, administrators of that organization can view training, assessment and certificate information for people in their authorized organization only — limited to the reporting the service makes available to them. They do not receive access to other organizations, and correct-answer content is never exposed through reporting.
Invenimus personnel with content and platform administration responsibilities may access data where necessary to operate and support the service.
Service providers
We use third-party hosting, authentication and infrastructure providers to run the service. They may process data on our behalf for that purpose. We do not sell your data to advertisers, and the product is not designed around advertising tracking or ad profiling.
Retention
Data is kept for as long as needed to maintain your account and training record, to meet contractual and operational needs (for example organization reporting and certificate verification), and to satisfy applicable legal obligations. We do not commit here to fixed retention periods that the service does not implement.
Security
We apply risk-based technical and organizational measures, including access controls that scope data to your account or authorized organization. No system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
Your requests
To ask about access, correction, deletion or other privacy rights that apply to you, use the contact channel associated with your Invenimus account, your invitation, your purchase, or your organization administrator. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Children
The service is intended for professional use and is not intended for children.

We may update this notice as the service evolves. The effective date above indicates the current version.
